6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear product/service information, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and timely feedback. Failure to provide these may affect campaign performance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
